Roath’s amateur bakers ensured another successful year for the Great Roath Bake Off helping organiser Wayne Courtney to raise funds for Acute Stroke Unit and the Wales Centre for Spinal Injuries.

Once again, the standard of entries made picking the winners a challenge for the judges who included BBC’s Owain Wyn Evans, Casualty actress Amanda Hendersen, artist Nathan Wyburn, former Miss Wales Sharron Wills, food bloggers Nikki Vivian and Sarah Williams and our own Matt Appleby.
