Cardiff Bus has launched its biggest service change in more than 10 years. Following an in-depth review, a number of bus routes and times have been altered from July 21st.
The company says that changing travel patterns and customer feedback have led to changes being made ‘to ensure that Cardiff Bus continues to give its customers the best service it can, with the resources it has at a price its customers can afford.’
Cardiff Bus’ business development manager, Gareth Stevens, said: ‘Travel patterns have changed dramatically over the past 10 years affecting the demand for our services. Having undertaken a major review of our services and taking into account the ongoing feedback of our customers, a number of bus routes and times have now been altered.’
