Those lovely people at Milkwood Gallery are hosting the next of their Milkwood Markets this coming Sunday, July 8th.
Starting at noon, and continuing till 8pm, the market offers a chance to mingle with musicians, makers, modistes and more.
With all of this, free entry, and a bar, what else could you ask for on a summer Sunday in Roath?
Here’s what Milkwood have to say about the Market:
July’s market promises the usual, huge variety of beautiful contemporary and vintage collectables to browse through, handmade and one off pieces, with the added bonus of some live music outside, including the always-delightful Uke Nights, who will be running a beginners’ workshop session at 6pm.
There will also be a drop-in sewing workshop in the afternoon for visitors to create their own piece of textile craftwork, plus there will be a bar serving tea, cake and something a little stronger for those fancying a hair of the dog after a heavy Saturday night.
Come on down and enjoy the Cardiff sunshine!
(Yes, we do have a gazebo contingency plan…)
To find out about renting a stall or for any more information, give us a call on 029 20473373, or email jennifer_3090[at]hotmail.co.uk. The Market is wheelchair, child and doggy friendly.
Location: Milkwood Gallery, 41 Lochaber Street, Roath, CF24 3LS
